Two services exist : tide prediction for a harbor (SUP Marée) and tide predictions for a point at sea (SAPM).
They are only available to authenticated users with a valid subsciption key which can be purchased on the Shom store: SPM and SAPM. Access to SAPM includes access to SUP Marée.
The available 3 predictions types are:
- Hours and heights for high and low tides, possibly associated with tidal coefficients;
- Water heights at a given time step (1, 5, 10, 15, 30 and 60 minutes);
- Water threshold calculation (search for time slots for which a water level is higher or lower than a given threshold).
The predictions are available from 1700, for a period limited to 20 years per calculation. Predictions are delivered in different formats (TXT, XML).
If you wish to script the requests, check that your server can accept security TLS1.2 minimum otherwise authentication will fail.
