The source data used to develop this product comes from the strategic sections of the Strategic Façade Documents (MSP plans per façade) of the four façades of French mainland, in force on the date of publication of this product. The Interregional Sea Directorates (DIRM) are the reference services and producers of the data for this product. Shom was mandated by DGAMPA (Directorate-General for Maritime Affairs, Fisheries and Aquaculture) to provide a geomatic support to the DIRM for the production of dataset in vector format.
